· Extend 260 for 2nd access to Lake Wilderness

· Bypass trucks and through traffic around city

· Performing arts center

· Annex Lake Wilderness Park

· Open 240 across 18; Winnie Rd would be main street

· Nature interpretive trail

· Light industrial area

· Add east/west traffic connections

· Open 216 connections to Cherokee Bay

· Small shops, Victorian style on Winnie; limit retail to smaller than Safeway

· Bypass from Old Winnie Rd

· Monorail on Maple Valley Highway; shops, art, bike paths & racks at stations connecting to an entire system. Relocate Four Corners area shops to Monorail stations and make Four Corners more industrial

· Roundabouts

· Annex Old Maple Valley all the way up to the Junior High

· Trail access

· Sidewalks, at least one side

· Bicycle lanes

· City hall, post office, retail and commons area near Lake Wilderness

· Keep 169 two lanes w/sidewalks and bike paths

· Shuttle service

· Teen center, community center, skateboard park in one area

· Preferred downtown center across from Rock Creek because there is 50 acres there; retail space, art center, trail access, close to new high school site

· Turn lane into Cherokee Bay

· Trail access from residential areas

· Improve access roads between house to reduce traffic congestion on main highways.

· Public transit stop at Four Corners, Wilderness Village

· Entertainment, movie theater
